All servicing is done at our Caringbah HQ office. We do not pick up or drop off bikes.
Please bring your battery key to the service.
Service times vary depending on condition of the bike. Please check the estimated wait time with our mechanics when you drop off your bike.
We only service Fatboy Bikes, no other ebikes can be serviced within our shop.
We have over 50 stockists and servicing partners across Australia who are more than happy to assist you with your purchase or servicing.
