Fatboy Apparel Monthly Instagram Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This giveaway is run by Fatboy Bikes Pty Ltd, based in Australia.

2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and over, worldwide.
Employees of Fatboy Bikes and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

• Follow @fatboy.bikes on Instagram.

Only one entry per person per month will be counted. No purchase necessary.

4. Giveaway Period
Each giveaway runs from the 1st to the 31st of each calendar month.
Entries received after the 31st will be entered into the next monthly draw.

5. Prize
One winner will receive $250 AUD / €150 worth of Fatboy Apparel, selected by Fatboy.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Fatboy reserves the right to substitute the prize for an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random within 5 business days of the end of the giveaway period.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message and must respond within 5 days to claim their prize.
If the winner does not respond in time, a new winner may be drawn.

7. Publicity
By entering, participants agree to allow Fatboy to announce their name or Instagram handle on Fatboy’s channels if they win.

8. Privacy
Fatboy collects and uses personal data (such as Instagram handles and delivery details) only to administer the giveaway and deliver the prize.

9. Instagram Disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility.

10. General
Fatboy reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway or these terms at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
