FATBOY BIKES × STONE & WOOD GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter
This giveaway is run by Fatboy Bikes in collaboration with Stone & Wood Brewing Co.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents only.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
•    Follow @fatboy_bikes and @stoneandwood on Instagram
•    Tag at least one friend in the comments of the official giveaway post
Each comment tagging a different friend counts as an additional entry.

4. Entry Period
The giveaway opens at the time of posting and closes at 11:59PM AEST on June 1st, 2026. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
•    The winner will be selected at random.
•    The winner will be announced at 10:00AM AEST on June 2nd, 2026 via Fatboy Bikes’ Instagram account.
•    The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message.
•    If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

6. Prize
The prize is one (1) custom-built Stone & Wood × Fatboy Bikes Scrambler e-bike.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

7. Shipping
The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost within mainland Australia only (excluding offshore territories and islands such as Lord Howe Island).

8. Use & Responsibility
By entering this giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions associated with owning and riding a Fatboy Bikes e-bike, including compliance with all applicable local laws and safe use requirements.

Never ride under the influence of alcohol. Ride responsibly and comply with all applicable laws.

9. General Conditions
•    By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
•    The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who does not comply.
•    The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary.
