Befestigen Sie Ihr Orbit Velo mit den mitgelieferten Schrauben und dem Werkzeug sicher an der Flaschenhalterung Ihres Fahrrads. Für zusätzliche Sicherheit können Sie die Flaschenhalterung auch oben anbringen.
Wenn Ihr Fahrrad nicht über eine Flaschenhalterung verfügt, befestigen Sie Ihr Orbit Velo mit dem mitgelieferten doppelseitigen Klebeband oder Kabelbinder außer Sichtweite.
Apple „Wo ist?“ bietet eine einfache und sichere Möglichkeit, Ihr Orbit Velo auf einer Karte zu orten, indem Sie die App „Wo ist?“ auf Ihrem iPhone, iPad oder Mac oder die App „Gegenstände suchen“ auf der Apple Watch verwenden.
Spielen Sie einen Ton ab, um Ihren Orbit zu finden. Wenn er sich außerhalb der Reichweite befindet, helfen Ihnen Hunderte Millionen Apple-Geräte auf der ganzen Welt dabei, ihn aufzuspüren.
*Der austauschbare Akku hält bis zu 3 Jahre. Nicht mit Android kompatibel.

FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE
On all orders over $100. Excluding some regional or remote areas.
We offer free shipping anywhere in Australia for all orders over $100 or $10 flat rate shipping for orders under $100 – surcharges may apply to remote locations within Australia.
ADDITIONAL SURCHARGES
Whilst we do deliver to most locations within Australia, we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges accordingly or to cancel orders for low freight service areas, remote or regional locations or islands. This is subject to the discretion solely of Fatboy Bikes.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are dispatched during business hours. Shipping times are 2–5 business days for orders in NSW or 5–12 business days for orders outside NSW. During peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, New Year etc. these shipping times can vary.
FATBOY HQ PICK UP
Pick up is available for all orders within NSW from our warehouse location at 13 Resolution Drive, Caringbah. Please contact us prior to pick up if you wish to arrange assembly of your order in advance.
ASSEMBLY & PACKAGE SIZES
Watch our assembly video here – Our eBikes come 95% assembled, with both wheels attached inside the box. A quick 15–20 minutes assembly is required.
The bike boxes are approx 190 x 26 x 90 cm and weigh 48 kg. We do recommend a professional assembly to ensure your warranty is not void.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
If you received broken or damaged packages, please ensure to take pictures and ask the courier agent to write and sign the damage description.
In case of damage or loss of the product during shipment, the customer may be required to cooperate with the seller in completing a claim application based on the courier’s required paperwork.
RETURNS POLICY
We offer 7 day returns for online purchases only. For orders made in-store, please refer to the store’s specific return policy.
In the event of a return, the cost of return will be on the purchaser. You will be responsible for proper repacking of the product in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is not accessible, no refund will be granted. If the product is damaged during return due to improper packing, the cost of repair will be on the customer’s side.
All returns must have written consent via email from Fatboy Bike Pty Ltd before they are to be shipped back to head office and processed.
